We built the AI tax research platform that 1,000+ CPAs and EAs actually pay for.

Bizora AI is an AI-native tax research and advisory platform. $100K ARR. Organic growth. June 2026 out-of-stealth launch.

Tax professionals spend more time researching than advising. That's broken.

8 to 12 hrs/week

Research eats 8 to 12 hours per week per CPA

Most tax professionals spend nearly two full working days every week navigating code, regulations, and case law. Not advising the client paying for it. That's time that should be billed at $300 to $500 per hour.

$$$

Existing tools weren't built for practitioners

Thomson Reuters and Blue J are enterprise compliance tools at enterprise prices. They digitize the old workflow. They don't redesign it. A solo CPA can't afford the seat anyway.

Gap

Small firms can't match Big 4 research depth

Solo practitioners and regional firms compete against Big 4 research teams every day. AI should close that gap. Every tool in market today has failed to do it correctly.

The founder spent 6 years as the person these tools were being sold to.

Adam Tahir is a licensed CPA with 6 years at EY in international tax, working with tech and entertainment clients. He left in November 2024 specifically because he could see the AI gap that no one was filling correctly.

Most "tax AI" tools are generic LLMs with a tax UI skin. None of them understand the actual decision tree a practitioner uses when navigating a complex issue: the branching, the risk weighting, the judgment calls that don't live in the code. That's the gap Bizora was built to close.

"I wasn't an outsider who discovered a tax problem.
I was inside it for a decade."

Organic growth. Before the launch.

Out-of-Stealth Launch
6x increase in session time after reasoning model launch. From 15 min to 1.5 hrs per user.

We've grown almost entirely through word of mouth inside CPA and EA networks. No paid acquisition. No formal launch. The platform has been in market quietly. And pulling.

We didn't build another tax search tool.

Incumbent

Thomson Reuters / Blue J

Enterprise compliance tools digitizing the old workflow. Slow-moving, priced for large firms, and fundamentally not redesigning how practitioners think. Their moat is distribution, not intelligence.

Fragile

Generic LLM Tax Tools

TaxGPT, CPA Pilot, and similar products can retrieve tax code but can't reason through it. No practitioner workflow layer. Easily replicated. They're demos, not platforms.

Our Moat

Bizora's Compounding Flywheel

Every query, correction, and refinement by a working CPA makes the model smarter in exactly the way a tax attorney thinks. That compound data flywheel, built from real practitioner decisions, is not replicable by a pivot or a prompt engineer.

The platform proved the demand.
Now we're building the infrastructure.

Once 1,000+ tax professionals are running research through your platform, two things become obvious. Large firms don't want a SaaS seat. They want to embed this capability into their own workflows. Every FinTech with a tax component is either ignoring it or bolting on something generic. We're building the API layer that solves both.

🏢

Large CPA Firms

Embed Bizora's research engine into internal tools, client portals, and firm-wide workflows. Research as infrastructure, not a desktop app.

FinTechs

A tax intelligence backend for any product that touches income, investments, real estate, payroll, or cross-border transactions. Finally, a tax layer that actually reasons.

🔌

Enterprise Platforms

White-label the reasoning layer, not just data retrieval. The difference between "tax search" and "tax judgment" is delivered via API.

1 active API deal in progress with a Top 25 CPA firm. Enterprise pipeline in motion before official API launch.

We've mapped the industry.
We didn't wait for it to come to us.

Adam Tahir
CEO & Co-Founder

Licensed CPA. At EY, worked on multi-billion dollar M&A tax transactions for Netflix, Disney, Microsoft, and the Bill Gates acquisition of Four Seasons, building deep expertise in cross-border deal structure. Left in November 2024 to build Bizora after seeing the AI gap no one was filling from the inside. Built content series with 100M+ combined views before the company launched. Grew Bizora's community from zero, without a startup network, to the point where a Fortune 500 VP of Tax wrote a check. The firm doesn't need to figure out what the market wants. Adam was the market.

Kiran Patil
CTO & Co-Founder

Previously at Athenahealth, where he engineered SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance infrastructure securing data for 60M+ patients. Before that, built a conversational integration platform (think Zapier but chat-native) that scaled to 10M+ integrations daily before being acquired by IBM. Also built AI shift-scheduling agents operating at 100K shifts per day with 100% accuracy. At Bizora, he is the technical architect behind our tax reasoning engine and the infrastructure that powers the platform.

Plus 4 full-time engineers.

We're not applying to figure out what to build.
We're applying because we're about to step on the gas.

GTM and brand network as we execute our June out-of-stealth launch. We have the product and the users. a16z reach accelerates the moment.

Enterprise and FinTech introductions to accelerate API conversations already in motion. We have warm pipeline. We want the right warm intros.

Investor distribution for our active SAFE round. We're raising. The right distribution matters more than the check size at this stage.

Developer-facing GTM expertise. We know practitioner GTM. API GTM is a new muscle. We want to build it fast, with people who've done it before.

We'd rather show you than tell you. Let's talk.
